Acceptance

By using Shodkk you agree to these terms. Shodkk is invite only — using the app also means honouring the trust of the member who invited you and the members who gave you Olakh.

Your account

One account per person, tied to your real identity in the Samaj. You are responsible for keeping it secure. Invite codes are personal — share them only with people you know and would say “Yes, I know them” for.

Community conduct

Shodkk is a real community. Treat members with respect, post honestly on the Garaj board, use SOS only for genuine emergencies, and never misrepresent a Kosh application. Harassment, fraud, or abuse of the Samaj's trust are grounds for removal.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual or violent content, spam and impersonation are not allowed. Report any post, reply or member from its “···” menu — we review every report within 24 hours, remove the content and remove the member who posted it. You can also block any member; you will no longer see their posts, replies or profile.

The Kosh (Samaj fund)

The Kosh is run by the Samaj's own members. Shodkk provides the software to record contributions, applications and payouts openly — Shodkk is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and is not a party to any contribution or award.

No purchases in the app

Shodkk is free. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions and sells nothing. A Kosh promise is a gift you pay directly to the student over UPI; Shodkk never receives, holds or moves that money.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the trust of the Samaj. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see Delete account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Shodkk is not liable for the conduct of members, the outcome of any help offered or received, or damages arising from use of the app.
