Delete your account

This is permanent. Deleting your account takes you out of the member directory. It cannot be undone.

If a promise, an award or a contribution of yours is still in progress, finish or cancel it first. Money on its way has to arrive or be cancelled before the account can go.

In the app (recommended)

Open Shodkk
Go to your Profile
Open Settings
Tap Delete account
Confirm

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@myind.ai from the phone number or email on your account. We process deletion requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photo, phone, email, birthday and settings
Your private messages
Family entries only you added
Posts nobody replied to, your replies, and your moments
Scholarship applications that never became an award

What remains

Kept, shown as "Deleted member": money records (contributions, promises, awards), votes, posts others replied to, and family links other members rely on.
